Pender Island Campsites

Beaumont Park Is one of the most popular marine parks in the Gulf Islands, hugging the shoreline in the fabulous setting of picturesque Bedwell Harbour on South Pender.

The 58 hectares of beach and bluff, offering great area for boat-in camping, picnicking, fishing, paddling, swimming and hiking. The 11 campsites are only accessable by boat or on foot. Facilities include pit toilets and a hand pump for fresh water. Fees for camping and mooring are charged May 15 to September 30.

Walking trails connect the park with Mount Norman, the highest point on Pender Island, offering panoramic views of other nearby Gulf Islands and the distant San Juan Islands.

Camping at Port Browning Port Browning Marina Resort
Port Browning Marina Resort is located in Browning Harbour on North Pender. Some campsites are in the trees while the rest are in a large open grassy area as illistrated in the picture.

Amenities include pub, café, cold beer & wine store, swimming pool, laundry and shower facilities, boat launch, and tennis court.

Within walking distance of shopping and groceries at Driftwood Centre, this resort is a popular destination for both visitors and locals.

Prior Centennial Campground
Set in the forest, this small campground has 17 drive-in sites and is a great base for exploring the island.
